I’m a AI Architect and Senior Data Scientist with over 13 years of industry experience spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning (DL), and Machine Learning (ML). Currently, I lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists at Cognizant, where we build cutting-edge AI solutions for global clients across a wide range of industries. My expertise covers Generative AI projects, where I’ve worked with Large Language Models (LLMs) from top providers like AWS, Azure, OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, and Hugging Face. I’ve delivered successful projects in Conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and computer vision, and have deployed fine-tuned models like Falcon and Flan T5 for custom use cases. However, my skill set is not limited to Generative AI. I also have deep experience in traditional machine learning, predictive modeling, NLP, and computer vision applications. Over the years, I’ve developed and deployed state-of-the-art models for tasks ranging from arrhythmia detection in healthcare to rumor analytics and emotion analysis in social media, as well as stock market prediction using NLP-based sentiment analysis.
