Automation Specialist Needed: n8n + Google Sheets → Telegram/whatsapp Alert System

I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to help me design and implement a deal alert automation system focused on beauty and makeup promotions.

The goal is to create a reliable, scalable, and low-maintenance workflow that collects deal information, manages it in a central database, and automatically publishes curated messages to a Telegram channel. The system should minimize manual work while keeping full control over what gets published.

This is a technical automation project, not a content or marketing role.

 Scope of Work

The freelancer will help with:

• Designing an automation architecture using n8n (cloud or equivalent)

• Setting up Google Sheets as a central database (single source of truth)

• Automating deal intake from approved inputs (e.g. emails, structured web data, or APIs)

• Implementing filtering, validation, and status logic (e.g. new, approved, posted, expired)

• Automating Telegram posting via a bot, using clean and consistent message templates

• Creating a workflow that supports human-in-the-loop approval (no blind posting)

• Ensuring the system avoids duplicates, expired deals, or low-quality posts

• Providing basic documentation or walkthrough so the system can be maintained easily

🚫 Important Notes (Read Carefully)

• I will not share sensitive sources, internal filtering logic, or monetization strategy upfront

• WhatsApp/Telegram automation must follow safe and compliant practices (no unofficial bots or risky methods)

• Scraping-heavy or high-risk automation approaches are not desired

• NDA may be required before sharing deeper implementation details

1. A working n8n automation workflow

2. A clean Google Sheets database that’s easy to review and edit

3. Fully automated Telegram/whatsapp deal posting

4. A setup that requires minimal daily manual effort
