My name is Stefan Fersch, I am 32 years old, and I am a German native with a diverse
background in healthcare, store management, data annotation, and more.
I have honed my skills through various roles, including my time as a caregiver for
disabled and mentally ill individuals, as a deputy store manager, and in quality control
(AI training data projects).
My journey has equipped me with strong communication skills and a deep
understanding of human needs, which I apply in my current freelance work.
I have transitioned into the tech field, focusing on AI-related projects.
I have completed numerous (micro-)courses in artificial intelligence, which have
enhanced my proficiency in this area, but most of all, though, my expertise comes
from practical experience and a genuine love for AI and meticulous work.
As a data annotator, I am passionate about contributing to projects that prioritize ethical
considerations, language, and require a strong eye for detail.
I have a strong focus on language, creative writing, translation & localization, evaluation,
diarization, SFT, and RLHF.
I shifted my focus to the AI industry about two years ago, mostly on data annotation and
creating high-quality training data. I now have a lot of experience with:
