In 2008, I graduated from ZhSTU (Zhytomyr State Technological University).
I’ve been working in 3D graphics since 2006. Most of my experience is focused on wooden houses.
Briefly about me:
1998-2008:
During my studies, I worked part-time at a small furniture manufacturing workshop.
Construction company "EcoDom"—sales and construction of wooden houses, ready-made projects, eco-friendly building materials, alternative energy sources.
2008-2010:
Architectural design of wooden houses and structures. Construction supervision. Preparation of technical and project documentation. Development of interactive 3D applications (e.g., virtual tours of future homes with furniture).
2010-2016:
Managed construction projects and trained staff in standards and technologies.
2017-2020:
Lived and worked in Finland. Gained practical and theoretical knowledge from Finnish specialists in prefabricated house design.
2020–present:
Collaborate with multiple prefabricated house manufacturers across the Netherlands, Ukraine, and CIS countries.
Maintain an extensive international network of manufacturers, enhancing the competitiveness of the final product.
Software proficiency:
ArchiCad (all versions), Cinema4D + Vray, UnrealEngine, K3-Cottage, Basis-furniture, etc. Standard tools (Word, Excel, etc.) are not listed—they are considered essential baseline skills.
I am a workaholic by nature but also value relaxation.
Space planning must be rational. Sometimes, I’m told, "It could have been done cheaper." Maybe, but I deliver only quality—I don’t know any other way. We’re not rich enough to buy cheap things multiple times.
I believe that only quality wins in the market today—that’s what I strive for.
