• Solution Architect, FG91 (2025–present): primary technical counterpart for client stakeholders; designed and maintained video streaming infrastructure sustaining 300–400 ms end-to-end latency; built their Flutter Android app with external camera handling over USB-C and HDMI.
• Software Architect & Team Lead, BonusX (2024–2025): owned architecture, scalability, cost and output quality of a RAG system serving 100,000+ users; led a team of 8 developers.
• Head of Tech, Utravel (2022–2023): defined the software architecture roadmap, led an international team, and managed security, GDPR and compliance.
