We are now expanding our remote collaboration network globally with a focus on long-term, trust-based partnerships. 🔹 Role Overview Interview Representative (Junior Software Developer or Entry-Level Technical Background Accepted) Remote · Flexible Schedule · Long-Term Collaboration This role is ideal for someone who: Is comfortable communicating in professional software interview settings Demonstrates a strong willingness to grow professionally Does not require a deep technical background Does not need to handle development tasks or job execution Your primary responsibility will be participating in software job interviews and meetings, with full technical and process support provided by our internal senior engineering team. 🔹 Responsibilities Attend software job interviews and professional meetings as scheduled Communicate clearly and confidently with client companies Share prepared updates and responses with support from our technical team Join short daily standups and sprint meetings Maintain professional communication with employers You will not be responsible for coding, technical problem-solving, or task delivery unless you choose to be involved. 🔹 Requirements Must be based in US, Canada, Australia Native or fluent English communication skills Professional and reliable in software-related conversations Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection Able to share your profile and provide computer access during available time for job-related activities 🔹 Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in coordination, dispatcher, recruiting, or operations Software development experience A secondary computer that is not frequently used 🔹 Flexibility for Currently Employed Candidates If you are currently employed, there is no need to leave your existing role during this process.
