About the Opportunity

We are building a next-generation enterprise verification and compliance platform that leverages blockchain technology, AI-driven automation, and modern SaaS architecture.

The platform is designed to help organizations streamline business verification, identity validation, document management, compliance monitoring, workflow automation, and immutable audit tracking through a secure, scalable, cloud-native solution.

Having successfully completed the product planning and technical architecture phase, we are seeking an experienced development team or senior software engineers to build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and contribute to the platform's long-term development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable enterprise-grade web application.

- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop blockchain-based verification, audit logging, and smart contract integrations.

- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC), workflow automation, and user management.

- Architect, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and data models.

- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production environments.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented code.

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical planning.

- Contribute to system scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in full-stack software development.

- Experience building enterprise SaaS applications.

- Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract integration.

- Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational database design, and API-driven architectures.

- Experience deploying applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.

- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and secure software development practices.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing KYC, AML, identity verification, compliance, or document management systems.

- Experience building workflow-driven enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with AI-powered automation, intelligent document processing, OCR, or verification solutions.

- Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise software services.

- Previous experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, legal technology, or government.

- Experience leading or contributing to large-scale software development projects.
