We are a growing software development team seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and our development team, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the liaison between clients and the software development team.

Manage client communications, meetings, and reporting.

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for developers.

Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.

Handle client feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

U.S. citizenship is bonus.

Experience in client management, account management, or project coordination (IT/software background is a plus).

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
